Accountants’ Professional Liability is available to firms of all sizes. Coverage applies to claims made against the insureds by reason of a negligent act, error or omission in the performance of professional accounting services. Also covered are services performed by any insured as a notary public, trustee, receiver, consultant, executor, or in connection with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants or any state society of public accountants.
